- In your Administrator interface, go to Extensions | Plugin Manager
- In the Select Type dropdown box on the right, select ‘system’
- Make sure ‘System – SEF’ is the first plugin in the list of system plugins, so before the ‘System – sh404sef’ plugin

- Clear your cache and it all works correctly now!
This works even if you are not using the sh404sef plugin, ” It did for me”

Thank you so much! This worked perfectly. Don’t have sh404sef yet, but the position for SEF was “8″. I set to “0″ and images display now! Thanks again =)
